Striving for Perfection: Huayuan Electrical Materials Visits Benchmark Enterprise for 6S Exchange

  To further advance lean management and comprehensively improve on-site management efficiency as well as employee professionalism, on June 17, Zhejiang Huayuan Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. organized a 22-member delegation, led by Chairman Huang Xuankai and General Manager Hong Yan. The group, consisting of staff from the Safety & Environment Department, all workshop directors, department managers and above, visited Huayuan New Materials, a benchmark enterprise with remarkable achievements in 6S management, for on-site study and exchanges.

  Guided and briefed by relevant representatives of Huayuan New Materials, the visiting team toured core areas including production workshops, warehouses and office zones. The neat and orderly site, clearly defined fixed locations for all items, eye-catching and intuitive signboards, streamlined workflows, together with standardized operating practices of employees, left a deep impression on all visitors. Particularly impressive were the refined management of tool boards, visual dashboards for equipment inspection, and layout optimization of lean production lines, which fully demonstrated tangible results brought by thoroughly implemented 6S management.

  This benchmarking visit broadened the team’s horizons and strengthened Zhejiang Huayuan Electrical Materials Co., Ltd.’s resolve to further deepen 6S management and pursue operational excellence.
